in a furnished home there's no argument it's roller brush . extra cost on masking up aswell needs considering plus spraying uses more paint ..there tools for different tasks ...also wet mist on sheets gets on your shoes and also if any other trade or customee needs access they'd need a respiratory mask to ..tik tok simply thinks every situation is same .

Wide rollers are fine on flat surfaces if however u get a plastered wall that’s uneven can take time up

roller is faster usually, use a 12inch or bigger purdy colossus obviously requires alot of back rolling so it doesnt dry with orange peel effect.

Do the whole yard by a roller and see how you get on 😂 a sprayer is quicker and goes on twice as thick it’s a no brainier
