I work for a construction and demolition debris management company that has the contract for all five of these construction sites. I have personally visited all five sites.

One more you did not mention was the federal reserve bank being built in Warren, New Jersey right off route 78. It is a massive site.

really New Jersey has road work come to Pennsylvania. we have road work being done for 20 plus years and never getting done. never so poor Jersey. I feel sad. you're welcome to come to Pennsylvania and deal with our road work
