I swear so many of the American people are absolutely oblivious between the difference of the constitution and a statute the difference between public and private, and that the courts are operating under admiral T international contract law and not under the common law, which is governed by the constitution and I bet almost nobody in this chat has ever heard of Marberry versus Madison the United States Supreme Court decision that has never ever been overturned we’re clearly states than any statute code ordinance or act that is repugnant to the constitution is NULL AND VOID. Common law is the constitution international contract law is statute you’re right Trump any statute but the problem is most people do not know how to stand on your right you do the worst thing imaginable you hire a lawyer. A lawyers only taught statute codes regulations, they know absolutely nothing about the true law of the land, which is common law, which is governed by the constitution Because if they did, most of the lawyers would quit knowing that the whole system is corrupt admiralty jurisdiction is based on Uniform Commercial Code. It’s based on commerce it’s based on money and the judges, the lawyers, the politicians and the bankers back in the day realize that under the system, they would make an enormous amount of money off the back of the people That’s why people can’t understand when the Supreme Court says you have a right to bare arms, but then they try and pass the statute says that you can’t they don’t know how to fight it because they don’t understand the difference between the jurisdiction
