@mechaiq404: This might be one of best coastal backpacking spots on the Washington Coast! ⬇️ 📍Second Beach | Olympic National Park, Washington 🌲 Located about 3.5 hours from Seattle 🥾 2.2 miles RT | 271ft elevation gain per @alltrails 🏕️ There are a few designed forested camp spots above the tide line (which we opted for) but many camped on the beach. ✨NOTE - a backcountry permit from Recreation.gov is needed to camp! Permits are $8 per person, per night and rangers do walk down the beach to check so ensure to have one printed.
