Because I certainly wasn’t going to! 😤 After CARSTAR in Lawrence, Kansas, arranged to have my Toyota Corolla towed to another repair shop for electrical diagnostics without my permission, I received a phone call from Jeremy at CARSTAR. The problem? I had already told @State Farm Insurance that I wasn’t authorizing or paying for additional diagnostics! According to State Farm, they hadn’t authorized the towing or diagnostic work either, and they advised me to tell CARSTAR I wouldn’t be paying those charges. Thankfully, I ultimately wasn’t charged, but why did I have to fight over this in the first place? Meanwhile, my accident damage still wasn’t repaired!
