Matt R. :
I was a ball boy one year at summer camp in Plattville Wisconsin for the Bears and assigned to QBs with Jim Harbaugh who was good to us. Da Coach would go for bike rides at night and talk with us on the steps we hung out on outside the dorms. He went from this boss on the field to this approachable kind man off. Such a presence. RIP Coach 🙏

Great story. If you haven’t seen it look for the Jim Nantz tribute about handing out $100 bills. Amazing story.

@❌FabulousT-Rex🦖SunshineJones: Had the absolute pleasure to be having dinner with my then finance at Ditka's in the Tremont Hotel in Chicago in like 97/98 he was with Danny Abramowicz...had a great time chatting with them and picking their brains about ball...they left before we did and coach had comped our check and wrote on the ticket "you're good kids, save the $$ for your wedding, best of luck,Coach Ditka" we still have the receipt 😂😂😂
