@my.longevity.journal: Day 62 ✅ Two months ago I was 165lbs, puffy, exhausted, and struggling with anxiety, joint pain, and bloating. I stopped the exhausting cardio and started doing daily Tai Chi and Qi Gong inspired longevity moves to pull my body out of fight-or-flight mode. After 2 months of these moves and walking, I honestly feel like a totally different person. This is just my experience, but here’s what has changed for me: 👉🏼 My neck and shoulder pain is gone
👉🏼 My shoulders move without the clunking and my range of motion is better
👉🏼 I sleep through the night
👉🏼 I’m not bloated anymore
👉🏼 I haven’t had a hot flash in over a month
👉🏼 My thighs and knees are stronger
👉🏼 I can walk further without backache
👉🏼 I believe I can stick to something for the first time ever
👉🏼 I’ve lost 4 lbs I’ve still got a way to go and there is so much more I want to do, but this is just the beginning. These moves are my foundation. Day 62 ✅ ✔️ Morning longevity moves
