the motor cycle one is pretty good but the other one only fixes user error, the messy dismount is caused by the user, gravity already stops more gas from coming out if the nozzle is covered by the liquid, thats only an issue with pressured dispense like a hose or sink

Yeah but pouring faster means more bubbles which means less gas. Just like the gas pumps, they pump as fast as possible to give you the least amount of gas you paid for
