this is what I do for my kids. they love mom's coffee but I make their's decaf. it's an amazing way to get their milk in.

They literally recommend whole milk for children. Starting when your baby is 12 months old, they recommend you start giving them whole milk. Healthy fats are not bad for you!!!!!

my mom did this when i was little so i could drink coffee/ tea with her in the morning. it made me feel so special and like a grown up, and ill never forget it! you’re doing awesome!!
