Fair. Very fair. I think it comes down to letting go of the need to be seen and fully understood. Because often it means we are relying too heavily on validation from other imperfect humans. We should cherish and celebrate the times and relationships that do allow us a sense of belonging… but not expect perfection and harden our hearts when we are let down. 🫶
