Sütü tencereye alıp kaynatın. Kaynadıktan sonra içine yarım limonun suyunu ekleyin. Süt kesilene kadar karıştırmaya devam edin. 2. 10. Soğuduktan sonra dilimleyerek servis edin. Afiyet olsun 😋 English ⬇️ Ingredients: For the cheese mixture: • 2.5 liters of milk • Juice of half a lemon • 200 ml cream • 1 tablespoon of honey • 5 g vanilla • 1 packet of whipped cream powder For the base: • 1.5 packs of biscuits (Petit beurre or oat biscuits) • 3 tablespoons of butter For the ganache: • 1 pack of cream (200 ml) • 140 grams of chocolate (dark or milk) ⸻ Instructions: 1. Pour the milk into a pot and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the lemon juice and stir until the milk curdles. 2. Once curdled, strain the mixture to separate the cheese and let it cool. 3. Place the cooled cheese into a blender. Add the cream, honey, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. 4. Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Add the whipped cream powder and beat well with a mixer until fluffy. 5. In a separate bowl, crush the biscuits into crumbs. Add the melted butter and mix well. 6. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the base of a springform pan using a glass to create an even layer. 7. Pour the cheese mixture over the biscuit base and smooth it out with a spatula. 8. For the ganache, heat the cream (without boiling) and stir in the chocolate until fully melted and combined. 9. Pour the ganache over the dessert and spread evenly. Chill in the fridge for at least 4–5 hours (preferably overnight). 10. Once set, slice and serve cold. Enjoy 🫶😋 #busezeynep #cheesecake
