This morning around 5:30–5:50am I was driving south on the 805 on my way to Chuze Gym in Chula Vista and saw a woman standing in the middle of the freeway waving her hands, it really caught me off guard. There was a semi truck to my right, slightly behind me, and I remember seeing the cars behind flash their high beams. When I drove back north around 7:30am, I saw the accident scene and realized it was the same person.😔

We drove past this as the police officers were shutting down the lanes. The fire trucks were on their way and it was so dark we couldn’t see anything, but I got a really bad feeling about it so we all said a little prayer. RIP to that person 🕊️

Everybody agrees on that one, but no one wants to listen. if the cops can't obey the law by using their signal lights, the people are doing the same thing, not following the law.
