You’re an absolute angel for raising awareness on this stuff. Because you don’t have to. It could be a taboo topic for some and I’m sure you at times but here you are. All the best ❤️

Get yourself one of these I had my surgery 11 days ago and it’s the best thing ever. I keep it with me wherever I go and someone who has IBS. It is used a lot. The only problem is you have to make sure you use a toilet with a sink

Use the spray/squirt that came with it too.. it suctions to the base inside and then loops into the hole at the back and you use the squeeze handheld thing.. to squirt/spray the area.. first time it feels funny but I promise you it gets it so clean! X

I had a surgery a while back and this was AMAZZZZZING. It was so helpful. I would highly recommend the electric one as well with epsom salt. You can find it on Amazon.

I have had one when i had my perianal surgery it was a life saver i had a seton in place too but it came out a couple of months after surgery but I’m seeing the gastro surgeon every 6 weeks to see if the fistula is healing up and so far so good hopefully don’t have to have that surgery again at all. Wishing you a full recovery from another young person suffering with perianal Crohn’s disease!

Are epsom salts okay to use? I’ve got 2 setons in and meant to be having my 5th surgery (hopefully soon) to take the left one out 🤞🏼 haven’t tried a sitz bath yet

My peri-bottle and sitz bath are my best friends after my haemoroidectomy in the summer. I try to use the sitz bath when I can especially after a BM. I now have a fissure, I wasn't sure if I could add salts to it but willing to have a try and see if it helps with the healing. Thank you so much for your videos about this, I've followed your story for a while now and it resonates so much!! 🙏❤️xx
