I think the director did it on purpose. I think we are all concentrating on the relationship stuff, and putting as a sub plot Mido’s Depression. Her walking with bloody feet is not his fault but it does mean she needs help ASAP. Her depression is not his fault, but ten years was enough time to notice sm off.
