But whether the road is bad or not, as a driver, you're supposed to follow road regulations to avoid accidents. You must slow down if your lane is bad. One should not drive dangerously because of a bad road.

My brother you’re getting it wrong. The camera doesn’t send you a ticket. Rather, it sends the infraction to the police back office and they (Police) issue the ticket. Let just be guided and follow the rules. I want to believe that with this kind of law, the state would gather funds to fix our traffic lights, street lights and entirely our roads.
