I had never heard of this but I certainly wouldn’t give my opinion to another mum. My daughter is 41 and in 1986 they didn’t do this.if they had I wold have done it. You do what is best for you and your children. The cramps are just your body getting ready for birth. Take it easy Sade![Red heart][Red heart]

I can't lie I hated breastfeeding, my first 2 put me off so much it was just a lot, constantly feeding etc. My 3rd is the only one to settle out of the lot and I'm 100% sure it was because the formula settles them better for longer

when I was pregnant I used my pump for it way better to collect it doing it by hand took to long for such little

As long as midwife says it’s okay then go for it best thing to do is hot bath then pump right after. Relax with snacks and a movie found best worked for me but be proud of yourself pumping and breastfeeding is hard xx
