Domestic abuse actually extends to family members aswell, sounds silly but speak to your citizens advice and they’ll be able to direct you to the right services for help to leave. This is mental and emotional abuse 💗

Just a note that women’s aid include familial domestic abuse not just relational. If you wanted to contact your local team just to hear options and/or support you can. They won’t make you leave but they can support you and offer other avenues of help

You can moved into a woman's refuge if you're experiencing abuse at home. I was in one in London and it was actually nice security 24/7 and security doors with your own bedroom ensuite only kitchen facilities were shared most people kept to themselves and because staff was always there no one was kicking off or they'd be kicked out. Although I think I got lucky some of them can be hit or miss and won't be as nice as that but it's worth a try!
