Been suffering now for 4 years. I use a walker and I’m still working at a very very physical job. I’m barely hanging on. I applied for ADA (American disability act) to get a job less strenuous but I have been waiting for 6 months. I’m losing hope and just sooo sad and stressed out. Nothing works

I have bilateral herniated discs at L4 and L5 with spinal stenosis and bilateral sciatica I have had injections they did not work I am trying physio at the moment just to release the tight muscles in my back they have tightened due to them helping the affected areas in my back it will be most likely surgery for me next!!

Had an L4 L5 laminectomy on September 24. I could not walk for six weeks prior but couldn’t get in quicker. I left two hours after the surgery pain-free except for the incision now because I haven’t walked so much in the last six months have to build my leg strength up, but the pain is completely gone. Very thankful.

I’ve got this 2 years ago woke up fell to the floor my legs didn’t work the pain at the bottom of my back and standing was agony 6 months on the floor sleeping eating drs said it’s sciatica finally went to hospital won’t operate had a spinal needle injection but did nothing surgery is not an option as I could end up in a wheelchair so 2 years on suffering and alone having to work in constant pain daily little sleep life can be hell at times 😳

yes I have severe spinal stenosis and get terrible cramping especially after being on my feet long or lifting heavy things

I can't be on my feet for no longer than 10-15 minutes MAX. It doesn't matter if im walking or standing. No leg pain, just lower left side back pain. Sitting is the ONLY thing that helps. Ive had this for at least 15 years now. It has taken so much of my life away. I need to know what it is and how to fix it. Ive had those SIJ shots and physical therapy. No answers for me. Im more than frustrated with it.

One of the many issues that I’ve dealt with for almost 8 years now. Not one medical professional understands. I have to lean on a shopping card otherwise I can’t go in the store.

after 4 years of MRIs and what I told.doctors what was happening to me doctor's finna referrede.to physical therapy..I hope it's not too late... and all me issues were post accident. Sitting is uncomfortable, standing is uncomfortable. Leaning on a shopping cart helps but only temporarily.
