@shespeaksthetruth16: Why would someone defend a 1099 scheme even after being shown evidence against it? Sometimes, admitting the scheme is wrong starts to feel like admitting something about themselves. Let’s talk about it. Psychology of the Scam: When the Scam Becomes Your Identity. (John 17:3) And this is eternal life: that they know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent. 4 I have glorified You on earth. I have finished the work You gave Me to do. 5 And now, O Father, glorify Me in Your own presence with the glory I had with You before the world existed. Gospel of John – Chapter 17 | Jesuit Translation (Jesuit Arabic Bible) 3. And eternal life is that they know You, the only true God, and know the One whom You sent, Jesus Christ. (Christ—peace be upon him—states that whoever wishes to enter into blessed eternal life must acknowledge that there is no god but God alone, and that Christ is the Messenger of God.) Christ says, "You are the only true God" (*alone*), because there are false gods; only the Father is the true God who sent His messenger, Christ (God is not sent by anyone; God controls His own actions).
