A big price for a few clients needs trust, so you take the calls and AI does the prep and delivery work. A monthly price needs people to stay, so AI keeps delivering something useful every month. 3. Once it sells, take yourself out of it one job at a time: the follow-ups, the onboarding, the delivery. Each one becomes an AI workflow with a briefing, checks, and your approval where it matters. That is how you automate a business with AI without losing control. Then ask the one question that tells you when to start the next idea: could you take a week off and it would still sell and deliver without you? If yes, start the next one. If no, you're not done yet. Every finished idea pays for the next one, and every system you built carries over, so the second one takes half the time. Ideas are free now. Finishing is the skill.
