Absolutely love marshmallow root for helping with gut support and healing, where there is a lot of inflammation and irritation in the mucosa. This can also be helpful for a scratchy, irritated throat, or cough. You can use it for your skin and your hair since it can protect the skin barrier and help to protect your hair strands and help your scalp health because of the mucilage 😊 the way I like to make it is 3 cups of cold water to three heaping tablespoons of marshmallow root shake it up and let it sit for about 4 to 6 hours to get the most out of it. Strain it, and you can sip it throughout the day, you can add it to a smoothie. My favorite way to use it is with manuka honey ( especially Manuka X with Blackseed oil for extra healing support) I’ve also been using it on my skin as a hydrating facial mist and for a hair mask with the Manuka X. This is not medical advice, and I am not a medical professional. #naturalremedies

@anitta Você sabia que alguns shows conseguem literalmente parar cidades inteiras? #anitta #anittacy #equilibrivm #rj #show
