Totally!!! I feel like this goes for anything baby stuff too. I unpacked EVERYTHING and truly I should have waited. I wasted a lot of $$ just not knowing as a FTM lol

I literally just returned a bunch of postpartum stuff to target because I bought too much! I went with the mindset I rather have backups vs running out in the middle of the night. BUT target does take open package returns, as long as majority of the item is still there!
