Bad feet equal bad back, so please get the other fixed, if it's needed. I know you were in an incredible amount of pain, but now you know how to avoid that. Gotta stay on top of the pain. Don't wait for the nerve block to wear off, and yes, properly fitting boot/shoe 100%

It looks so much better! If it helps you feel better, then it’s worth going through the same thing for the right foot. Hopefully they know more of what to expect now that you’ve gone through it once. I truly hope that you have relief come to you in waves. ❤️❤️

Oh my gosh! That’s so crazy that it made such a difference! I know this surgery and recovery was rough but it looks like it’d be worth it to do it on your other foot as well!

Honestly Ash, please please please consider getting the other foot done. I promise you that future you will thank you beyond belief. Unfortunately, foot problems continue to get worse which will make your knees, hips etc worse. I know you are scared of the pain and more complications, BUT, you will look back in a year and won’t believe you waited so long!

I found out I have a bunion recently. they just told me to get shoes with a wide mid-foot. Hopefully they stop developing. it was a incidental finding when I was having jaquearon with my left foot.

I suggest a folding cane for your right foot’s surgery. Keep an ER go-bag ready and stick it inside in case you are in another walking predicament. Glad it’s better.

Hi Ash!!! Did your surgeon ever look at or go over the fact that the screw was not flush with the bone? Just wondering if we got an answer as to if that was correct or a problem. Glad you’re doing better!!!! 💕❤️🫶
