@coachgreen.pt: Your lower back needs more than just stretching. Stretching can improve flexibility, but it won’t necessarily fix your lower back pain. There’s no single solution that works for everyone. But for many people, combining mobility, strength and stability can make a big difference. Here are 4 things worth focusing on: 1. Improve hip rotation Better hip mobility helps you move more freely and gives your lower back more options during everyday movements. 2. Strengthen your glutes and keep your spine moving Strong glutes support your hips and pelvis, while regular spinal movement can help reduce stiffness. 3. Improve hip flexor mobility Especially if you spend a lot of time sitting, working on your hip mobility can help you move better. 4. Build core and lower back strength Stronger muscles around your spine help you build stability and handle everyday movements with more confidence. Remember, lower back pain is different for everyone. There’s no magic exercise that fixes everything. Focus on moving regularly, building strength and staying within a pain free range. Consistency matters more than doing one long routine every now and then. #lowbackpain #mobility #fyp
