@cvjvjv4: TRASH CAN TUSSLE PART 2, AND BABY, THE SISTERS HAVE ENTERED THE CHAT! RAEBANDZ APPARENTLY GOT INTO IT WITH AYLA’S SISTER, AND NOW AYLA IS FACING TWO CRIMINAL CHARGES! 😭 What started with TikToker Ayla complaining about her neighbor Twindalyn putting a trash can in her spot has turned into an ENTIRE neighborhood feud! First, Ayla went over to confront her next-door neighbor, Twindalynn S. Harris, and things escalated into a physical tussle that left Ayla with visible marks and bruises on her face! NOW HERE WE GO AGAIN! More footage has surfaced showing what appears to be another physical altercation, this time involving Ayla’s sister and the neighbor’s sister, who goes by RaeBandz on TikTok! AND BABY, FROM THE LOOKS OF THAT FOOTAGE, AYLA’S SISTER DIDN’T HAVE MUCH LUCK EITHER! 😭 But the situation is getting a whole lot more serious because we now have the actual charging document! COUNT ONE: MISDEMEANOR SIMPLE ASSAULT! According to the complaint, Ayla allegedly attempted to hit Twindalynn Harris by swinging at her but FAILED TO MAKE CONTACT! BABY, IMAGINE GETTING CHARGED FOR A SWING THAT DIDN’T EVEN LAND! COUNT TWO: MISDEMEANOR STALKING! And this one is even more concerning! The complaint alleges that Ayla repeatedly harassed her neighbor by filming her, posting videos online to TikTok, repeatedly initiating verbal confrontations, cursing, banging on her door and bringing other people along to taunt her! Prosecutors allege that this conduct would cause a reasonable person substantial emotional distress and fear of continued harassment. And remember, these are ALLEGATIONS in a criminal complaint, not findings of guilt! Meanwhile, additional videos circulating online appear to show Ayla and her sister on the neighbor’s property, allegedly threatening to break into the home, bust windows and throwing patio furniture around! A lot of people initially looked at Ayla as the victim, but with more footage and these charges coming out, people are definitely questioning what REALLY happened! And while some of the commentary has been hilarious, THIS IS ACTUALLY SCARY! Imagine a disagreement over a TRASH CAN turning into multiple physical altercations, family members getting involved, threats and criminal charges! You never know how far somebody is willing to take a dispute with their neighbors! At this point, everybody needs to leave everybody ALONE before this situation gets even worse! BUT BABY, WHO WOULD’VE THOUGHT A TRASH CAN WOULD START THIS MUCH DRAMA?! 😭 #Ayla #RaeBandz #TrashCanTussle #twindalyn #contentcreator

I struggled my whole life with fluctuating weight and hating my body. It wasn’t until my 40s that I finally figured things out. Now at 46 I feel and look better than ever. Here’s what I don’t do and didn’t do to get here 👇 I don’t count calories or track macros unless I’m building a program. When I started this journey I promised myself I never wanted to obsess over food again. I was done tracking every bite. I wanted to live a healthy, relaxed lifestyle. I focused on high protein, healthy fats and real whole foods. I eliminated alcohol, added sugar and processed foods. I began fasting in a way that worked with my body, which for me is a sustainable way to naturally regulate intake without feeling restricted. I didn’t take weight loss meds or peptides. I actually tried to get prescribed weight loss drugs when I started. I’ve taken them on and off for 20 years. I would lose weight, then gain it back. It was a cycle I couldn’t escape. Not getting my hands on them forced me to focus on optimizing my health instead of chasing quick weight loss. When I optimized my well-being, my weight naturally stabilized and stayed there. I didn’t eat low fat, non-fat or extra lean everything. I chose full fat, grass fed meats and focused on quality and sourcing instead of calories. Eating nutrient dense, higher fat foods keeps me full, satisfied and hormonally balanced. At this age that matters more than anything. In essence I did the opposite of what I did most of my life. I’m not saying those other approaches are bad. They just were not sustainable for me. I would see small results and end up right back where I started. This doesn’t feel like a diet. I love how I eat. I have incredible energy. I’m medication free. My hormones are balanced. I have a regular cycle. My hair, skin and nails are better than ever. I don’t need anything extreme. Just real food, sunshine and movement.
