Jaspreet came from a marketing background with no previous tech sales experience. She joined us on 22nd January. Three weeks later, she landed a £50k tech sales role. And within four months, she’d progressed into a position with £100k earning potential. She didn’t suddenly become more qualified. She didn’t gain years of experience overnight.
