@wondwellness: ✨For a free week of workouts for 7 days and full access to all my 3-4 day programs you can do from home or the gym - click the link in my bio✨ Incline front raises with neutral grip - you need to try it this way. 📌Save and share this. This is my favorite way to do front raises. ✨How to do them: - Set up on an incline bench ~60 degrees - Let the arms hang straight down. - Use neutral grip - thumbs up hand positioning (like how you would hold a hammer), not overhand/pronated (palms down) grip. - Bring weight up and control it on the way down, making sure arms come all the way back down to starting position to get that full stretch. ✨Why they work: 👉🏻Neutral hand position puts less strain on your shoulder joint and will target the front delts better. 👉🏻Keeps momentum out 👉🏻Trains the front delts in a stretched position 👉🏻More control = better mind-muscle connection 👉🏻Harder than standing raises, be prepared to use lighter weight. Make sure to work all 3 heads of the shoulder for that well rounded look! Have you tried it this way yet? . #fitover50 #frontraise #delts #trainingtip
