You are literally just assuming Adam was saying he can’t be morally accountable, you are equivocating on the word blame. There’s blame og moral accoutability and then blame of ultimate calamity, only allah chooses the consequence for the second, because he chooses to create people that would lead a set consequence. That doesn’t mean you aren’t morally accountable. Allah chooses the action to mirror your personhood which he created
