One thing I noticed is that ppl are picking sides. This is art. You don’t pick a side but you try to comprehend it from your own perspective. When we watch this we feel the pain, the giggles and for some, hoping they come back together. There’s a lot to say about this scene and the whole show but what I truly want the writers to do, is for the actors to be completely broken where they no longer look for someone but to look at themselves. And how I see this art is like looking into my past mistakes and pain. So yeah this drama is not the close minded but for those willing to truly understand and to learn. Also. They both never truly loved each other.

i'm not trying to justify mido's actions. but their characters hold so much nuance that it's really hard to say one is better than the other or one is far worse because they are "cheating" whether that is emotionally of physically. it's never a valid excuse to say that mido was struggling and she was depressed so she kissed the second ml, but that woman felt nothing, she was as good as dead, taesung is the reason she felt something, he thrilled her and wrecked her emotions open for her to snap out of her depressive state. namgung on the other hand sees mido as part of his routine, he genuinely cares about her but he doesn't feel passion, he feels familiarity, that's why he was so hesitant to let mido go in the first place, but the second fl pushes namgung to re discover his passion he once lost, that's why he keeps getting swayed by her, mido and namgung are each other's world and they love each other so much but sometimes the person you've held for 10 years isn't the person who you'll need to heal or re-discover. this kdrama is one of the best written works i've seen. and the actors are phenomenal they portray the characters so well.this show is so realistic and even if i'd hate to admit it, they both need to experience love other than what they have.
