My show RIG for Saturday 1st Nov @club395_ Bristol and why ⬇️ 1. Birds Eye view 🐧 2. @ableton Push 2 💜 (yes Push 2) using 3 in the studio so nice not to De- rig but also Push 2 still does everything I need it too! It’s the heart of my set up 🎛️ controls all my scenes, tempo changes, patch changes on all my hardware and my akai LPD8 and its where I do my vocal and synth looping 3. DJ tech tools midi fighter twister and AKAI LPD8 1 - both these controllers are where I do all my live vocal fx and synth fx - verbs, delays and filters - Plus the second row on the midi fighter are the 4 knobs I control my In ear monitor mix - I can tweak this as I go throughout the set - instead of needing to ask the sound engineer 4. AKAI LPD8 2 - these are the pads where I play all the samples from my set - the 8 pads change per song - then the @boss VE-500 vocal pedal - I use this to add distortion, lofi, harmony and octave FX to my vocal - these patches also change via 5 pin midi when I change a scene in Push 2 5. @rolandsynthandaira Se.02 Bass 🎹 this little bass has a huge sound and I love the size of it - really easy to carry and fits nicely above the Gaia 2. 6. @rolandglobal GAIA 2 - again chosen this synth because it’s nice and portable not too heavy plus has a load of amazing sounds and sound design capabilities- I also love the XY pad for performing live on stage. I use the hold button a lot and the octave button when I solo 7. @udo_audio Super 8 🔥 I have completely fallen in love with this synth which is currently on loan 😭 it sounds bloody gorgeous and is so lush to play - I’m only using two presets for my set on Saturday night - I’m going to ask to keep it for longer so I can write with it - it’s divine 💜 8. My @shure KSM 8 dynamic mic - always take my own microphone to avoid using those battered bum smelling SM58s in venues and this one is lovely 9. @ultimateearspro IEMs UE Pro these little headphones are beasts and moulded to my ears 👂- i like to have stage sound nice and quiet and monitor mainly from these to stop my ears getting to tired by serious noise levels 10. Laptop 💻 2019 and @rme_audio Fireface UC trusted and loved interface ❤️
