@edithhall148: After a short break, I'm back with my mini lecture series on Medea! In today's video, I'm exploring Aeetes, Jason and the Golden Fleece, including the seemingly impossible tests Jason was set to complete. But would Jason have survived them without Medea? Her knowledge, magic and intervention were crucial to his success and without her, the quest for the Golden Fleece may have ended very differently. Medea: A Life is out now if you want to discover more about Medea's story. #classics #ancienthistory #medea #greekmythology #BookTok
