@lenore.doves.geese.x: woodbine chance 💔 #thehungergames #sunriseonthereaping #katnisseverdeen #haymitchabernathy #sotr

skye⛈️🦇 :

when haymitch said “i’m pretty fast. the only kid that can beat me is woodbine. well, used to anyway.”

🐒heriii :

“woodbine chance. The kid that ran out of chances.” AGHHHH

sunny 😡 :

When Haymitch says he’s running for woodbine because he’ll never run again 😔

Keeks :

His last name being Chance and he took a Chance and died because of it always gets me 😭😭

Mollie🎬🪩🏹 :

Maybe he was the fastest in the class cause he was practicing for this moment just in case

Eggo :

He felt the wind in his hair, the fleeing summer air on his cheek, and he thought "I will make it. I will make it and I will be free." And his heart was drumming inside his ribgace as if it was urging him to push faster, go further. He thought of home, his family, this agonizing fear and- He wasn't fast enough.

Burger :

Tbf he probably knew he’d die anyway, he just didn’t want to die in the games

Abigail✇(Bruce Banner’s wife) :

Woodbine Chance will always be dear to my heart. I hope he spent his last few moments feeling free. ☹️

☣︎Ruh Roh☣︎ :

Woodbine brothers all being older so he had no one to save him so he saved himself

boudy :

Okay guys this is the post that did it. I will subject myself to one more re-read before the movie. Wish me luck 😭

Meok👀 :

IM DEAD WHY IS HE RUNNING SIDEWAYS LMAO

Abel :

it's the fact that he almost made it in the books because of the chances💔

ESZ🪽 :

Why do woodbine got that Jonathan Byers run?

🐾 🦴 Deino🦴 🐾 :

my sister got me into the hunger games and I'm reading sunrise on the Reaping before the movie comes out, I just got to the actual games but I've been SO close to crying multiple times already because everything is just so sad the movie is going to destroy me I can already tell

Didi :

Something that gives me goosebumps is that, although frowned upon, there were still a handful of rebels in District 12 during Haymitch's time and in Katniss's time, just 24 years later it was such an oppressed district that Gale didn't think he could convince the entire district to fight. In Katniss's time, no one would have encouraged Chance to run the way his family did, they just change cause Katniss stared the change being volunteer for Prim

xhander :

woodbine "chance" because he never has a chance

𝐽𝑜𝑘𝑖𝑟𝑎𝑎𝑎 :

LMAO. Bye boy! Woodbine Chance cuz he didn't stand a chance

J🪐S!E 🌙⚡️ :

"i grab the nearest person, one of the chance girls, no more than eight"...

isaacwee17 :

How everyone was looking at him running.

🏹 𝓘𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓮𝓪🪽 :
