Dr. Leo Chimex :

🌤️70-degree weather might sound perfect, but running 26.2 miles is a whole different story! 🏃‍♀️🔥 Hydration and pacing will be KEY on Sunday! What do you runners think—is this weather ideal for a marathon, or a little too warm? 👀👇 Good luck to everyone running the Chicago Marathon! 💪🏅❤️
