Sugar cookie banana bread🎄 1/2 cup of melted butter 115 g 1/2 cup light brown sugar 100 g 4 tbsp of sugar 50 g 2 overripe bananas, mashed 230 g 1 egg 50 g 1/4 cup milk 60 g (any milk works) 1 tsp vanilla extract 5 g 1 tsp almond extract 4 g (this gives it that signature sugar cookie flavor) 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 190 g 1 tsp baking powder 4 g Dash of salt 1 g 1/2 cup festive sprinkles 80 g (save some for topping) Directions:👩🏻‍🍳 Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease or line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add melted butter and stir until well combined.Mix in brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth. Whisk in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract until fully incorporated. Stir in the milk until combined. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture don’t overmix. Fold in the festive sprinkles, saving a few for the top. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
