Sand blast it but needs to be done somewhere wear thay know how to just wip over it and then it will need to be 2 pack eatch primed and painted in 2 pack. Ie 2k

I always put an edge primer before priming aluminium then you don’t have a trouble of flaking and stuff. yes, some people say acid wash is an edge primer but it doesn’t work good as some products.
