Now, at 57 and 58, we’re stronger than we thought possible. Here’s how we built up to pull-ups 👇 (SAVE THIS) 💪 1. We started with dead hangs. No pulling—just holding the bar. We began with 10 seconds, then 20, then 45. Our grip strength needed work, but everyone starts somewhere. 🧬 2. NAD+ became part of our morning routine. NAD+ is naturally present in the body and supports cellular energy and normal cellular processes. It isn’t a shortcut or replacement for healthy habits—just one consistent part of our routine. The exact one we take is linked in my bio. 🥩 3. We prioritized protein. We started including a quality protein source with every meal to support muscle maintenance and recovery. 🤸‍♀️ 4. We used resistance bands. Thick band, medium band, then thin. We stayed at each level until we could control the movement. The middle part is where strength gets built. 😴 5. We protected our sleep. We aim to be in bed around 10:30. Training challenges the body; rest gives it time to recover. 🚫 6. We stopped letting age scare us. Training smart doesn’t mean avoiding every challenge. We progressed gradually, listened to our bodies, and adjusted when needed. 🔁 7. We never missed twice. Missing one workout happens. We simply refused to let one missed day become a pattern. Our first pull-up took months—and we celebrated like we had won a championship. 😂❤️ We aren’t naturally gifted. We’ve simply stayed consistent. It isn’t too late to become stronger. Start where you are, progress safely, and give yourself time. 💛 Drop the word “GLOW” in the comments below 👇 and I’ll DM you the exact NAD+ supplement we take! And make sure you’re following me @camille.ageless so I can actually send it to you. 💌 It’s also linked in my bio. Can’t wait? The direct link is in my bio 🧬 Share this with a friend you want to keep making memories with for decades to come! 👯‍♀️ Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or supplement routine. Results vary. #womenover50 #fitover50 #GlowUp #healthyaging #strengthtraining

### **Classic Carne Asada Tacos****Prep time:** 30 minutes | **Cook time:** 10 minutes | **Servings:** 3-4---### **Ingredients****For the Steak & Marinade:*** 1 lb (450g) flank or skirt steak* 2 tablespoons olive oil* Juice of 1 lime and 1 orange* 3 cloves garlic, minced* 1 teaspoon ground cumin* 1 teaspoon chili powder* Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste**For Assembly:*** 8-10 small corn tortillas* 1 medium white onion, finely diced* 1 bunch fresh cilantro, roughly chopped* Lime wedges and your favorite salsa (for serving)---### **Instructions**1. **Marinate the beef:** In a large bowl or zip-top bag, mix the olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add the steak, ensuring it is well-coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor).2. **Cook the meat:** Heat a heavy skillet or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until nicely charred on the outside.3. **Rest and chop:** Transfer the cooked steak to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes. This keeps the juices inside. Afterward, chop the steak into small, bite-sized cubes.4. **Warm the tortillas:** Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Lightly toast each corn tortilla for about 30 seconds per side until they are warm, soft, and slightly charred at the edges.5. **Assemble and serve:** Double up the tortillas (if they are thin) and add a generous spoonful of the chopped beef. Top with the diced onions and fresh cilantro. Serve immediately with a squeeze of fresh lime and your favorite red or green salsa.
