Drakes Passage: Normal conditions 10-15 foot constant waves. Mild to moderate conditions waves 15-30 feet. Bad weather 30-40 foot waves. Average water temp 30-42 degrees depending on time of year. OLIVER THIS IS NOT SAFE!
