Tender beef, bold pepper, and so much flavor! 🥩🔥 1️⃣ Black Pepper Beef Ingredients: ✓ 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced ✓ 1 tbsp black pepper ✓ 1 bell pepper, sliced ✓ 1 small onion, sliced ✓ 2 tbsp soy sauce ✓ 1 tbsp oyster sauce Instructions: 1. Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips against the grain to keep the meat tender. 2. Place the sliced beef in a bowl and toss with half of the black pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce until evenly coated. 3. Allow the beef to marinate for 15–20 minutes to absorb the flavors. 4. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add a small amount of cooking oil. 5. Add the marinated beef in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 6. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the same skillet and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp. 7. Return the beef to the skillet and sprinkle with the remaining black pepper. 8. Stir-fry everything together for another 2–3 minutes, allowing the sauce to coat the beef and vegetables while the meat finishes cooking. 9. Remove from the heat and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles. Temp: Cook over medium-high heat (375–400°F / 190–205°C) for approximately 10–12 minutes, plus marinating time.
