I deposit every month $150 to my bank and it helps grow my credit and they don’t let me touch that money until it hits $1,500 then it goes to my savings, then I do it all over again

Some people ain’t good at saving money. They’ll have it in their hands or in the bank and spend it. If they make it as a bill they’ll have to “spend it/pay it” & get it back

Saves interest…… they give you the full amount without interest you make your payment in full and you save in interest. But not everyone thinks of it like that. Some don’t get strict w their money

that last part you said is exactly why they work. “Estas estresado por la tanda” if I can add the money to a savings account on my own time, then I’ll just be like “no biggie, I’ll add it later”(later never came) or I’ll be like “I’m just gonna borrow $200 from the savings and put it back later” (l never put it back.)

Honestly, I agree with you, but I participate in tandas and usually take the last spot because I don’t want to keep making payments afterward. 😂 However, I understand why some people prefer getting the money first, especially if they have debt they want to pay off before the interest builds up. That way, they can use the money to pay down their debt and then continue paying their tanda with no interest. It’s basically a way to borrow money without paying interest. But you can def save when getting the last number so don’t get it wrong.
