Don’t use foil. That’s my tip. Roll them in olive oil, salt and pepper and then roast them bare. It’s slightly caramelizes the skin.

I roll my baked potato in butter or olive oil and then I puncture it, and I roll it in salt and wrap it in fluid took it for an hour and leave it in a warm oven for two hours. I mean you might as well if you've got food cooking in the crockpot.

Yum. If you want a short cut to bake potatoes cook them in the microwave for 4 mins then in the oven for 15-20mins depending on how big they are

I just place my potatoe on a baking sheet with a little oil salt and pepper. The skin gets super crispy and the inside is soft and buttery.
