I’ve had to rehome two pets and it was not an easy decision and I made sure the homes they went to were vetted and I had a breakdown because I had never rehomed a pet but when I say even my allergy meds weren’t working and constantly using my inhaler because found out I was extremely allergic to my guinea pig and rabbit and I will never own either again which sucks because guinea pigs and rabbits are great pets my body failed me big time and I wasn’t aware how many pets they had because I’ve had the same cat for 16 years and same dog for 9 years

This is wild, but I wouldn’t include horses. Competition horses are often leased for a year or bought with the intention of selling after jr years or generally progressing pass the capability of the horse

okay I don’t agree with her dumping pets, but for the horses, she’s a VERY experienced rider & probably sold them to move up. many riders do that, but with her having as much money as she has.. she definitely could’ve just retired them or leased them out!

As for horses. It’s common for people to buy and sell. Ask anyone in the horse community. Different horses have different needs and abilities and as you grow in her case as a jumper, you need a horse that can jump higher. Like people not all horses are olympians. So I feel like those shouldn’t be on the list. But the dogs and other animals are not okay.
