I made so many that I went through 50 pounds of Costco flour in just a few months. Family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers got their fair share, and they kept telling me I should start a cinnamon roll business. I honestly thought they were joking. Then I had my son and realized I wanted to stay home with him without losing a piece of myself in the process. So I took a leap of faith and started the cinnamon roll business my Grandma and I dreamed about when I was in middle school. Now I'm building a family-rooted micro bakery, one roll at a time, while figuring it all out as a new mom and small business owner.
