@its.anya.lacey: Americans never really realize how absolutely cooked our food is here in the states, even fresh produce and meats, usually all have some sort of processing to them. I bet the Europeans that come here and try our food leave 20 Ibs heavier and with a horrible sugar migraine. #healthyeating #usa #europeans #visiting #healthstandards

I literally moved from Europe to the U.S. and think the food quality is better. I looked it up and it is. I felt like my life was a lie

Europe is the best

As European..... Its not that much better. Ask ppl with diabetis. Everything canned or in an glass is a no go. Its full of Sugar. And i mean everything. Sugar Free isnt Sugar Free. Its just under a certain amount of Sugar. Co-Worker was pissed when the Sugar free Pepsi was gone 2 years back. Cause that had 0% sugar. And ofc the 40 different Nutrition labeling Systems, none of those with the Customer in mind. So yeah, we just have different Problems that arent talked about enough

No European that stayed with us has ever had that opinion. They were amazed by the foods we have here and took quite a few recipes home to prepare for themselves if they could find the ingredients we have here. I see this as another silly take from a spoiled, dissatisfied American. Our country is amazing, as is our cuisine.
