I experienced this as well! Couldn’t standddd her also didn’t help she also acted out by peeing and pooing for a few weeks when they were born which she typically never does. She still irritates me now and then but I also am feeling closer to her again finally a year postpartum. I will say however I don’t think I’ll ever have another dog 😩as much as I love them and as cute as they are lol I think it’s a no from me.

I had this terribly. My pet was my literal best friend. I took her everywhere. In a stroller. But after my first child I literally could not hear her breathe in the room with me. It enraged me. It does get better. Pray about it, be patient, it will get even better!! And with my second I did not have it!

I’m glad to hear it ends or gets better eventually.. I’m struggling so hard with it as well. I’ve had my dog her entire life and she’s now 16 years old and barks because she can’t see or hear very well and I just see red sometimes over it and then end up breaking down in tears feeling so guilty for being mad even though she doesn’t even know I’m upset with her 😢

It’s so hard when this happens because the love is still there but the trust in them isn’t, this last pregnancy wasn’t like my last and my aversion isn’t as intense either thankfully

I experienced this with all of my pregnancies. Not really postpartum but during pregnancy I couldn’t stand my little white Maltese. But I LOVE her
