I don’t know this movie or what’s going on but that officer did nothing wrong. Even if that man was white I’d have behaved the same way bc what if he was pretending to be unable to move? Like that police officer has to be careful to ensure his and any public who could be around safety first- and after he sees this, he does help the man up, and give him his phone.
