💜 Self-preservation is how we survive! 💜 We are judged and shamed for the abuse we're enduring! 💜 People look through us because it's easier to pretend we aren't suffering unthinkable abuse! 💜 The abuse is the elephant in the room! 💜 I was choked unconscious with broken bones and left for dead! 💜 It is because of God's mercy and grace that my 3 attempts at suicide failed! 💜 The healing journey from the mental and emotional abuse will forever be a work in progress!
