@adelinesaldana: broke my foot a week ago. my life completely halted. the ups and downs I’ve felt in the last few days have been wild. Depressed then positive, then accepting this season as it has come. i didn’t realize how intense my control issues are. going to pursue an OCD diagnosis next month when i get full time health Insurance finally. So excited to get some answers to my health that have been on the back burner. this broken foot put a lot into perspective for me mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually. i cannot control everything, i should not try to control everything, and being present and open to what good life can bring can be more of a blessing than trying to control outcomes. xoxo adeline #digitalart #digitaldiary #deardiary #diary #freshstart
