I personally think due to this young man’s learning difficulties he might have watched something where this sort of interaction happened with a different outcome to make him think it was okay to play with a tiger like a cartoon or something if anyone gets what I’m trying to say just a thought 🤷🏻♀️

Update: some reports state that the person was special needs and and the caregiver lost sight of them . Sad situation all around.

The thing is, if he has learning difficulties, where are his parents or carers? Surely, if he genuinely believes a tiger is a toy/ friendly and struggles to recognise the danger, there should be someone supporting or supervising him? If his actions are that unpredictable and could put him at risk, surely there are concerns about him being left unsupervised?
