At that price ‘Bridal makeup’ is often an entire service that includes the makeup artist being on site throughout the day for needed touch ups. The bride clearly only wanted a single soft-glam look, how on earth is that worth $800??

You paid for soft glam. You got soft glam. The price for bridal should be more if they’re doing things like also the bridal party, using better quality makeup for a longer hold for outdoors or crying. But you got the soft glam and you paid for what you got. Dosnt matter if you booked it for a photo shoot, business party or wedding. You got what was purchased

and this is why you dont charge EXTRA depending on event. if they want full glam for a picnic, photo shoot or funeral you cahrge full glam. if they want soft glam you charge soft glam. event is not related. you charge extra for lashes, or extras like that. not for makeup. you use the same stuff.
