They got greedy. The last straw was charging me $75 an hour for an umbrella. In August. I was already paying $350 /night plus resort fees. Plus parking.

And you can tell customer service is dying. It is non-personable half of it Automated and hotels don’t offer basic services that I was willing to pay extra for like putting a bottle of champagne and strawberries in my son‘s room for the wedding. I was told that’s a service that is not offered, have more than one hotel.

I used to go to Vegas for 4-5 days for less than $600. Then lose 3-4 thousand dollars. Now they want those thousands up front, with resort fees and high priced accommodations. I’ll pass…..
